Piemonte DOC Moscato Passito

Colour : Golden yellow, amber

Aroma : Aromatic and rich with notes of candied fruit

Taste : Full-bodied, dense and intensily sweet

Last born between the products of our family.

The Moscato grapes come from the hills of Castiglione Tinella. The best grapes are placed on racks left to dry in an airy loft course and closed only at night to avoid excessive moisture infiltration.

The wine is made in December. Followed by aging to achieve the right balance between aromas and flavors.

The resulting product, limited to a few hundred bottles, has a beautiful golden color tending to amber, intense, complex, home to the musky scent, typical of the varietal.

The taste is pleasant, sweet but not cloying thanks to a good acidity, velvety and harmonious, delicately aromatic.

Serve cool, between 12 and 14 °C in tulip glasses.

Available in the traditional dark Bordeaux bottle of 0,50 lt.
