We had in common a love and passion for nature, the earth and its fruits; it was simple then for her to return to that land in which her origins were written, but which the vicissitudes of life had distanced her from.

Only one question she had in order to move from that city that no longer belonged to her..... "I can't leave my horse!" And with the naivety of a child, I answered that she could of course bring her to our farm and keep all the other animals company! The doubts disappeared....Jiovanna had found her new home and family with the arrival of Filippo and Francesco!...
